From Thursday until Saturday, the restaurant changes decor in the evening. The atmosphere becomes more cosy and the restaurant is transformed into a Bistro!
The evening menu, is all in flavors and discoveries:
Here is your table d’hôte of June, 22nd to 24th, 2017.
- Inspiration of the moment : Salmon tartar, strawberries, pea wasabi, balsamic white La belle excuse, ginger, tempura, green onion, seeds and the sesame oil serves with homemade French fried and croutons
- Chicken burger marinated in a sauce tequilla-lime, Monterey Jack, homemade coleslaw and French fried salad
- Duck confit sheppard pie browned with Swiss cheese served with a salad
- Generous portion of hot-smoked salmon on a bed of garden salad, served with brie cheese croutons, capers, confit onions and homemade dressing
- Gigi Linguini (pancetta, rose sauce and white mushrooms)
- Four shrimps U13/15 in green curry and coconut milk accompanied by risotto and roasted vegetables
- Filet mignon with bordelaise gravy served with salads, roasted vegetables in butter and homemade French fried
