From Thursday until Saturday, the restaurant changes decor in the evening. The atmosphere becomes more cosy and the restaurant is transformed into a Bistro!

Hot goat cheese salad
- Inspiration of the moment : Tuna tataki, basmatti rice, salad and roasted vegetables in butter
- Baby back ribs served with homemade coleslaw and French fried
- Chicken leg marinated with maple syrup and soya sauce served with pilaf rice, roasted vegetables in butter and salad
- Carbonara penne
- Generous portion of hot-smoked salmon on a bed of garden salad, served with brie cheese croutons, capers, confit onions and homemade dressing
- Pizza all dress on a thin crust
- Flank steak with bordelaise gravy served with salads, roasted vegetables in butter and homemade French fried
